Turner is a free-standing bookcase with a height of 123 cm and a width of 65 cm. It consists of an internal support structure in metal, enclosed in a central column of birch plywood panels with Canaletto walnut veneer. The same materials for the intermediate shelves, fitted with sturdy Canaletto walnut grooves to accommodate 21 separating panels, 7 for each level. The birch plywood top is covered with a double layer of Canaletto walnut, peeled at the bottom for counterbalance. It is topped with a circular swivel top made of MDF and covered in precious Pelle Frau® SC or Saddle Executive leather. The circular base is made of black painted steel. Inspired by classic English bookcases, ideal for storing books, the Turner swivel bookcase nevertheless has an advanced design.
